REFUND & RETURN

 

Specifications of refunds are subject to change with or without notice. Refunds may be issued under our sole discretion.

If your package is deemed lost or damaged during transit, we may initially investigate the matter for you to determine if a refund or replacement is applicable, however, we are NOT liable for any packages that are deemed stolen whatsoever. Typically, we will require the product you have ordered to be returned to us to process a refund or replacement, but under certain circumstances, we may issue a refund or replacement prior to receiving the returned product. 

 

REFUND CRITERIA

  • Apparel must not have been worn, dirtied, altered, owned for more than 7 days, or damaged (unless affected during transit) in order to be eligible for any form of refund/replacement.
  • Stickers must not have been used, peeled, altered, owned for more than 7 days or damaged (unless affected during transit) in order to be eligible for any form of refund/replacement.
  • Helmet hardware & fire safety equipment must not have been worn/installed, altered, dirtied, owned for more than 7 days, or damaged (unless affected during transit) in order to be eligible for any form of refund/replacement. 
  • Drinkware, as well as other miscellaneous goods must not have been used, altered, dirtied, owned for more than 7 days, or damaged (unless affected during transit) in order to be eligible for any form of refund/replacement.
